摘  要:目的 探讨数字人在妇科手术学教学中的应用及其教学效果评估.方法 选择三峡大学2010级临床医学专业78名实习学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组.对照组采用传统教学方法,在术前以患者病情为依据向实习学生讲解妇科手术;实验组在传统讲授的基础上将zygote body、3D body等数字人软件应用于教学之中.手术前后对两组学生进行测评,手术后对两组实习学生进行问卷调查以评价教学效果.结果 实验组学生对于妇科手术学相关理论知识、解剖层次、手术方式选择的理解度明显高于对照组学生,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.这种教学方法在增强实习学生临床思维能力、使教学内容生动具体化、使实习学生对教学内容记忆更加深刻方面具有明显优势.结论 利用数字人进行术前讲解,结合手术过程讲解有利于提高实习学生妇科手术学教学效果,值得推广.Objective The study of digital human in intern's clinical teaching of gynecological operation and the assessment of teaching quality.Methods 78 clinical medical students from Grade 2010,China Three Gorges University,were selected as the research object.The interns of clinical medicine were randomly assigned into the digital human group and control group.The control group used the traditional method to teach gynecological operation according to patients preoperation.The digital group was used zygote body and 3D body software in preoperative explanation on the basis.Two groups of students were evaluated before and after surgery.A questionnaire survey was conducted and the analysis of teaching effect evaluation was processed for the two groups after operation.Results The understanding degree of the digital group were higher than that of control group in theoretical knowledge,anatomy,operation(P 〈 0.05);and this teaching method can enhancing the clinical thinking ability of the intern,the teaching content vivid and concrete,have obvious advantages in memory the teaching content more deeply.Conclusions Using digital software preoperative explanation combined with intraoperation process is helpful to improve the teaching effect on gynecological operation.
