摘  要:随着我国癌症新发病例和死亡人数的不断增加,对放射医学专业人才的培养提出了更高的要求.本文介绍了我国放射医学人才培养的现状,并以哈佛医学院放射肿瘤学住院医师培养计划和俄亥俄州立大学医学院放射治疗师培养计划为例,从人才培养模式的几个要素分别介绍了美国放射肿瘤医师和放射治疗师的培养模式,以及从中获得的启示,旨在为建立适合我国国情的放射医学专业人才培养的新模式提供一些思路.The rapidly increasing numbers of new cancer patients and cancer mortality in China require higher standard in the education and training of radiation medical practitioners.This article describes the status of the education and training of radiation medical professionals in China.Taking radiation oncology program of Harvard Medical School and the radiation therapy training program of Ohio State University as examples,this article describes the radiation oncology medical professional training models in the United States of America from the perspective of training model elements.Aiming at the problems and shortcomings in the current education and training models in China,this article proposes some inspirations from American models,hoping to provide some new ideas for the establishment of new training model for radiation medical professionals,which suit China' s realities.
