摘 要:矢量控制技术由于具有动态响应特性好,控制方式灵活和精度高的特点在电机调速系统中获得了广泛应用。而普通矢量控制存在输出转矩脉动较大,对参数变化敏感,鲁棒性不理想等特点。提出采用含转矩内环的矢量控制系统来改善输出转矩性能,并采用微分先行的PID双模糊自整定控制器代替系统转速和磁链的PI控制器来改善控制性能的伺服系统。最后通过Matlab/Simulink搭建模型进行仿真,结果表明,输出电流和转矩的脉动都有效减小,对于速度变化的响应更快,从而实现了控制性能的优化。Vector control technology has been widely used in motor speed control system due to its perfect dynamic response, flexible control and high accuracy. However, the ordinary vector control has disadvanta- ges of large output torque ripple, sensitive to parameter variations, and imperfect robustness. The vector control system with torque loop was proposed to improve the performance of output torque. The double fuzzy derivative forward PID controller was used to improve the control performance of the system instead of the tra- ditional PI speed and flux controller. Finally, the model was simulated by Matlab/Simulink. The results show that the output current and torque ripple are effectively reduced, and the response of the speed change is faster, which indicates the optimization of the control performance is achieved.
