摘　　要：当前,成人教育管理工作存在管理工作质量低效、课程教学效果不明显、社会忽视成人教育的作用等现状。ERP管理系统在成人教育的教学管理、行政管理以及绩效评价系统中的应用能实现对成人教育管理工作中各项资源的整合优化、工作流程的规范化以及提升工作效率的目的。The paper takes adult education management as a research object, and found that the present situation of adult education management is being quality management inefficient, ineffective teaching curriculum, social ignore. The application of ERP system in the adult education management can improve the situations and realize and optimize the integration of various resources, and make standardization of work flow and enhance the work efficiency in the adult education management when implementing ERP management system in teaching management, administration and performance evaluation system.
