基于数据包络分析的北上广会展场馆使用效率

摘　　要：对北京、上海、广州三城市会展场馆使用效率的数据包络分析结果表明:2009—2011年,北京、广州会展场馆的建设数量增长较快,使用效率相对偏低,上海的会展场馆使用效率较高;2012—2014年,北京、上海、广州的展馆使用效率均高于国内平均水平。国内其他会展场馆可借鉴北上广专业展馆的经验,合理进行会展场馆的建设与规划,提高品牌知名度,充分发挥场馆功能,加强人力资源管理,以提高场馆使用效率。This paper examines the utilization efficiency of exhibition venues in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou based on Data envelopment analysis（ DEA）. The results show that： from 2009 to 2011,there was a fast increase of exhibition capacity in Beijing and Guangzhou with a relatively low rate of utilization compared with a fairly high rate of use in Shanghai. From 2012 to 2014,the utilization efficiency of exhibition venues in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou was higher than the national average. The results owe a lot to well-considered planning and construction, well-generated brand recognition, well-performed functions and improved human resource management of the exhibition venues in those grand cities.
