摘 要:某国产品牌轿车后排安全带固定点强度试验中产生了较大变形和裂纹,运用PAM-CRASH软件建立模型,对该轿车后安全带固定点进行了强度、刚度有限元分析。查出了安全带固定点存在的结构风险,对后排安全带固定点处的结构截面进行了分析,从提高截面惯性矩的角度来提高安全带固定点周围的结构强度和改善力的传递情况。通过改进前后计算结果的对比可知,改进后的安全带固定点处形变位移和应变均减小,结构安全性明显提升,并通过试验验证。The rear belt anchorage of a domestic brand car produced a large deformation and cracks in strength tests. Using PAMCRASH software model, finite element analysis is carried out to strength and stiffness of the sedan belt anchorage points.Structural risk existing in belt anchorage points is found, the structure of cross-section of rear seat belts anchorage points are analyzed from the perspective of improving cross-sectional moment of inertia to increase strength and improve the force transfer structure of the seat belt around the anchorage points. By comparing the results before and after the apparent improvement, the displacement and strain deformation of improved belt anchor points are reduced, structural safety is improved significantly, and has passed experimental verification.
