摘　　要：著名社会学家马克斯·韦伯的突出理论贡献之一就是提出了科学研究中的价值中立原则。价值中立原则对医学论文的写作同样具有重要的指导意义,医学论文的写作者对医学论文的事实领域和价值领域必须严格区分。在写作实践中有部分作者以个人的价值判断为主导而丧失了对医学论文事实领域"真"的追求,这就不可避免的造成了医学论文写作中的种种学术不端现象。为防范这些学术不端行为,作为医学论文的编辑必须以价值中立的立场客观审视医学论文的学术价值,加强对医学论文的综合审查,以确保医学论文对医学事实的客观论述。One of the outstanding contributions of Max Weber was putting forward the principle of value neutrality in scientific research. This principle also had an important guiding significance to write a medical paper. Fact field and value field must be strictly distinguished by the authors of medical papers. Some of the authors led by personal value judgment lost the pursuit of real fact of medical papers, which inevitably resulted in a variety of academic misconduct in writing medical papers. In order to ensure the objective description of medical fact and prevent the academic misconduct, the medical editors must insist on the principle of vale neutrality, examine the academic value of medical papers objectively, and strengthen the comprehensive review of medical papers.
