以人为本视域下高校党外知识分子统战工作的反思与构建

摘　　要：高校是党外知识分子比较集中的地方,高校党外知识分子的统战工作是党的统战工作的重要内容。新时期高校党外知识分子出现了一些新变化,给高校统战工作带来了新挑战。将"以人为本"的理念融入到高校党外知识分子统战工作中,能使统战工作的"政治引导"的生成机制与统战对象的个体价值实现遵循自洽的逻辑,从而保证在共同理想的观照下求得社会价值与个体价值的有机统一,充分发挥统战工作的实质效应。高校党外知识分子统战工作是一个系统工程,在统战工作中必须树立多维的以人为本的工作理念,在统战过程、统战方式以及统战关系上形成合力,这是以人为本统战理念切实践行的重要路径。intellectuals outside the Party is more concentrated in colleges and universities, and their united front work is important content to the Party＇s united front work. In the new period, there are some new changes in university intellectuals outside the Party, which has brought new challenges to the united front work in colleges and universities. The application of ＂people-oriented＂ ideas in the united front work to college intellectuals outside the Party can make the generation mechanism of ＂political guidance＂ and individual value realization follow the logic of self-consistent. The united front work of college intellectuals outside the Party is a systematic project, and we must establish multidimensional people-oriented ideas in the united front work. The process, methods and relationship of the united front work should form joint forces, which is the important way to implement peopleoriented idea the united front work.
