小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析小切口白内障囊外摘联合人工晶状体植入术的临床成效。方法:把68例白内障患者进行平均随机分成2组,A组中运用的方法是传统白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术,B组采取对白内障进行小切口的囊外摘除,加上人工晶状体植入术,衡量两组所获得的临床治疗疗效与安全性。结果:两组患者手术完成后,不同时间点视力对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组患者手术产生的并发症总发率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体状植入术临床效果佳,并发症不多,在临床中十分可以广泛推广。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction associated with intraocular lens implantation. Method： Totally, 68 patients with cataract were randomly divided into A group and B group with 34 patients in each group. A group were treated with the traditional cataract extraction associated with intraocular lens implantation, B group were treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction（ECCE） associated with intraocular lens implantation, patients in two groups were compared with clinical effect and safety. Results： There were no statistical significances compared in the two groups of visual acuity at different time points after operation（P〈0.05）. The total rate of operative complications in B group was lower than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Small incision extracapsular cataract extraction associated with intraocular lens implantation, can obtain better clinical effect, less complications, it is worth promoting in clinical use.
