摘　　要：为了有效防止电气误操作,国家电网公司对高压带电显示装置的设计做出了明确规定。但是在实际工作过程中,各种因错误操作导致的事故仍多次出现。因此,设计了避雷器泄漏电流式高压带电显示装置,分析了该装置的技术原理,运行实践表明装置安装维护方便,信号采集可靠、运行安全,具有应用价值。In order to effectively prevent the electrical misoperation, SGCC（State Grid Corporation of China）has clearly stipulated the design of high-voltage presence indicating system. However, accidents due to wrong operations frequently occur in actual work. Therefore, a high-voltage presence indicating system of arrester current leakage is designed, and technical principle of the system is analyzed. The operation practice shows that the system is characterized by its convenient installation and maintenance, reliable signal collection, operation safety, and is of application value.
