摘 要:随着我国新型城镇化发展战略的推进,我国长三角等地区小城镇正面临着由第二产业主导向第三产业主导的发展转型,如何因地制宜,利用本地旅游资源实现转型发展成为苏锡常等地区小城镇特色化的重要途径.作者从系统整体性角度出发,以GIS空间分析技术为支撑,以无锡市堰桥镇(街道)为例,采用成本加权距离法进行交通可达性建模,定量分析了其与周边13个潜在客源地城市之间的交通可达性时距圈覆盖状况,并据此估算了潜在的旅游客流量及其主要客流方向.在此基础上,进一步分析了旅游客流对堰桥内部交通系统的影响,并依据游客可达性对堰桥内部交通系统进行了优化,实现内外交通系统的有效衔接.本文提出的游客可达性导向的交通规划模式和实现方法,为旅游型小城镇交通规划提供了新的思路.With the advancement of the new urbanization development strategy, the small towns of the Yangtze River Delta region are facing the transformation from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry, and the use of the local tourism resources is an important way to achieve the transformation of the small towns of the suzhou - wuxi -changzhou area. From the perspective of the system integrity, Yanqiao is taken as a case study, and a cost weighted distance analysis is conducted to the quantitative analysis of the traffic accessibility covering situation of the 13 surrounding potential origin cities with GIS technology. We estimate the potential tourist traffic and the major traffic direction. On the basis of the analysis, we analyze the influence of the tourism passenger on the internal traffic system, and optimize the internal traffic system based on the tourists accessibility to achieve effective connection between the internal and external traffic system. This paper proposes tourist accessibility - oriented traffic planning methods, and tries to provide a new idea of the traffic plan of small towns.
