国际船员心理健康及影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的了解国际船员心理健康状况,寻找影响国际船员心理健康的主要因素,为国际船员心理健康服务提供科学依据。方法 2015年3月-8月,采用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表对秦皇岛港入境的200名国际船员进行心理健康调查,结合年龄、工作强度、收入满意度、人际关系等,对数据进行统计分析。结果被调查的国际船员中,有35.26%为轻度及中度抑郁,18.59%为轻度及中度焦虑,均明显高于普通人群;收入不满意、人际关系紧张及年龄较轻的国际船员测试得分明显高于其他船员,差异有统计学意义。结论国际船员的心理健康问题较严重,年龄、收入满意度及人际关系对心理健康的影响较明显。Objective To investigate the international crew＇s psychological health,and to provide the scientific evidence for mental health service. Methods The self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale were used for the mental health investigation among the international crews of Qinhuangdao port,March-August,2015. The data was analyzed combined with age,working intensity,income satisfaction, the interpersonal relationship. Results The ratio of mild and moderate depression among 200 crews was 35.26%,and the ratio of mild and moderate anxiety was 18.59%,which were significantly higher than the general population. The scores of the young crews with unsatisified income or the tight interpersonal relationship were higher than those of others significantly. Conclusion The phychological health problem of the international crew group was serious raletively,which was obviously influenced by age,income satisfaction,interpersonal relationship, and should be concerned more.
