摘　　要：opportunity. In 2013, the kindergarten＇s construction was launched, and soon, a 300-square-meter building was set up. The inside is equipped with classrooms, a game room, offices, and lounge rooms. Apart from hard facilities, the kindergarten also purchased toys, books, and outside exercise equipment, and the kindergarten formally opened to children last fall.The year 2010 was a key year in developing the pre-elementary education system in Tibet.It was this year the state called for pre-elementary education to be widely covered.By then,the construction of kindergartens was launched in Tibetan rural areas including those agricultural and animal husbandry areas.The town of Karma is far away from Chamdo County in Tibet.The kindergarten is set
