摘 要:目的:探讨64层螺旋 CT 诊断不同程度冠状动脉狭窄的临床价值。方法选取2013年1月至2014年2月接受救治的冠状动脉疾病患者68例作为研究对象,所有患者均行常规冠状动脉诊断及64层螺旋 CT 诊断,观察比较两种手段诊断不同程度冠状动脉狭窄的敏感度、特异性及诊断准确率。结果64层螺旋 CT 的灵敏度及特异性优于常规冠状动脉造影,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);64层螺旋 CT 对轻度动脉狭窄的诊断准确率优于常规冠状动脉造影诊断,差异比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两种诊断方法对中度及以上动脉狭窄诊断的准确率较高,差异均未见统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论对不同程度冠状动脉狭窄患者采取64层螺旋 CT 诊断的灵敏度及准确度较高,有助于改善预后,具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of 64-layer spiral CT in diagnosing differ-ent degrees of coronary artery stenosis. Methods Sixty-eight patients with coronary artery stenosis from January 2013 to February 2014 were selected as research objects,and they were conducted the routine coronary artery diagnosis and the 64-layer spiral CT diagnosis. Then,the diagnosis sensitiveness,speci-ficity and accuracy rate of the two kinds of methods in diagnosing coronary artery stenosis of different de-grees were compared. Results The sensitiveness and specificity of 64-layer spiral CT were better than routine coronary artery radiography and the differences were significant(P〈 0. 05). In addition,the di-agnosis accuracy rate of 64-layer spiral CT in diagnosing mild artery stenosis was higher than that by the routine coronary artery radiography,the differences were significant(P〈 0. 05). Furthermore,the diag-nosis accuracy rates of the two methods in diagnosing moderate artery stenosis were high and the differ-ences had no significant difference(P〉 0. 05). Conclusions The sensitiveness and accuracy rate of di-agnosing oronary artery stenosis of different degrees by 64-layer spiral CT are high,which is good for im-proving prognosis and has good clinical application values.
