摘　　要：国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目是贯彻落实人才强国战略,推进高水平大学建设的重要举措.国防科技大学是首批与国家公派研究生项目签约的高校之一,通过国家公派研究生项目的资助,已培养一大批具有国际视野的高水平人才.本文结合国防科技大学公派研究生项目实施情况,针对博士研究生联合培养中的一些问题进行了探讨,可为提高公派留学项目实施效益提供参考.The national project of officially dispatched graduate student for building high level university is an important measure for implementing talent strengthen country strategy and advancing construction of high level university. National University of Defense Technology is one of the first university which sign a contract with the national project of officially dispatched graduate student, under the sponsorship of the national project of officially dispatched graduate student, the university have training a group of high level talents with intemational view. This paper is based on the implementation of the national project of officially dispatched graduate student in National University of Defense Technology, some problem in joint training PhD candidates is discussed, and the results can server as suggestions for improving the benefits of the national project of officially dispatched graduate student.
