摘　　要：学校作为人才培养的摇篮,其教育管理的好坏对于学生的成长与发展有着十分重要的影响。大学生安全事故频发已经成为社会不可忽视的焦点,本文采用小组工作介入方法,本着以人为本、助人自助的理念,采用灵活多变的教育形式,整合各类教育资源,以小组组员之间的互动为主线,使学生的安全意识被潜移默化并予以加深,从而弥补当前存在的安全教育不足,增强大学生安全教育的时效性。The education and management level of universities, as the cradle for talent cultivation, exerts great influence on students＇ growth and development. Frequent safety accidents among university students have become an issue that cannot be neglected by the society. Through group work method and in line with the people-oriented and self-help concept, this paper uses flexible ways of education to integrate various education resources and enhance students＇ safety awareness gradually with group interaction as the main line, so as to make up for the deficiency of the current safety education and enhance the effectiveness of the education.
