摘　　要：新科技革命的浪潮,正在将人类社会推向一个全新的应用信息技术时代。强大的应用信息技术手段正在慢慢影响着现代社会的生活,该手段存在两面性,其"双刃剑"效应也愈发明显。信息技术的发展给大学生的教育管理带来了全新的机遇和挑战。这不单单是时代赋予高等院校教育工作者的全新任务,更是创新以及发展教育理论的绝佳机会。本文首先论述大学生教育管理信息化的相关理念、特点以及发展过程等基本概念,继而针对当前大学生教育管理信息化的现状进行系统的分析研究,分别对当前大学生教育管理信息化所取得的成绩和存在的问题进行细致的阐述,进一步探索出适合大学生教育信息化发展的具体对策。With the advent of the new scientific and technological reform, people have entered a brand new era of applied information technology. Powerful applied information technology means has been gradually influencing modern life, but the means is a double-edge sword which is more and more highlighted. The development of information technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the education and management of college students, not only endowing college workers with new tasks, but providing opportunities for the innovation and development of education theories. This paper first elaborates the relevant theories, characteristics and development process of information-based education and management for college students, then analyzes the current situation of information-based education and management for college students, introduces the achievement and problems in the process, and further explores specific countermeasures suitable for the information-based development of college students.
