“佯嗔”在班级管理中的应用

摘　　要：中职学校班级管理一直都是职业教育关注的热点问题,尤其是问题学生的教育令许多老师筋疲力尽。笔者尝试根据"喂鸡原理"从一个全新的角度入手,通过"佯嗔"来教育学生,通过"陪伴"来培养学生,通过"等候"来转化学生,并从中找到问题学生转化的方法与技巧。Secondary vocational school class management is always a hot issue of vocational education. Many teachers are exhausted for some special students at education. The author attempts to start from a new point of view, which is according to the principle of chickens. The writer uses the style of ＂mock rage＂ to educate the students, ＂accompany＂ to cultivate the students and ＂waiting＂ to transform the students, and then finds out the methods and skills for the transformation of those special students.
