摘　　要：就业质量是考察高校培养学生水平的重要标尺,建立一个科学、合理的大学生就业质量评价体系,对于客观评价高校的学生培养质量,及时发现高校在学生培养中存在的问题具有重要意义。本文在对现有的大学生就业质量评价指标体系进行梳理的基础之上,提出了建立我校大学毕业生就业质量评价指标体系的政策建议。Employment quality is an important criterion checking the level of universities＇ cultivation of students, so to construct a scientific and rational evaluation system for university graduates＇ employment quality is of great significance for the objective evaluation of university student cultivation quality and the timely discovery of specific problems existing in university student cultivation. Based on a summarization of the present evaluation systems,this paper proposes the recommendations for the construction of an evaluation index system for our university.
