“双主”教学方法在新装备教学中的探讨

摘　　要：军队院校任职教育的培养目标具有更鲜明岗位指向性,结合多种教学方法的优点,提出"双主"教学方法。在新装备课程实施过程中的不同阶段,包括备课、理论教学、实操教学以及故障排除,教员与学员不断转换在课堂中的主体位置,并且结合适用于各阶段的教学方法,最终达到向部队输送合格人才的目的。Training target of post education in army academy has distinct position directivity. This paper proposes ‘Double Leading＇ teaching method combined with advantages of kinds of education methods. During different part of new equipment teaching process, including preparation,theory teaching, operation teaching and troubleshoot, teachers and students can switch their roles in the class. This paper also combines with other teaching methods to cultivate qualified personnel to the army.
