摘 要:以荞麦淀粉、丙烯酸为原料,用氧化还原引发体系接枝发生共聚反应,合成绿色荞麦淀粉保水剂。研究了引发剂用量、中和度、原料配比等5个因素对保水剂接枝效率及吸水倍率的影响。结果表明,最佳合成工艺条件为:丙烯酸与淀粉质量比为3∶1,温度为50℃,引发剂量为10 mmol/L,中和度为75%,交联剂用量0.07 g/100 m L。在最佳条件下合成出来的保水剂,接枝效率>97%,吸水倍率达到759 g/g;荞麦淀粉保水剂吸水快,且具有较高的吸水倍率,较好的保水性能。The green water retaining agent was synthesized by the reaction of the redox initiation system of buckwheat starch and acrylic acid as raw material. 5 factors such as the amount of initiator,neutralization degree,temperature,crosslinking agent dosage and ratio of raw materials which effects on the graft efficiency and water absorption rate were studied. The result showed that the optimum synthesis process was obtained as follows: acrylic acid/starch = 3 ∶ 1,temperature was 50 ℃,initiator amount was 10 mmol/L,neutralization degree was 75%,and crosslinking agent dosage was 0. 07 g/100 m L. The graft efficiency was more than 97% and the water absorption rate was 759 g/g under the optimum experimental conditions.
