摘　　要：运用文献资料研究、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法,基于对武术散打内部优势(根植于中华优秀传统文化沃土之中、技术涵盖面广、赛事稳步推进、新竞赛规则导向效果较好)、内部劣势(品牌形象有待提升、项目发展不均衡、现有推广模式单一)、外部机会(国家相关政策的推动、中华优秀传统文化受到前所未有重视、武术段位制推广新契机)、外部威胁(西方体育文化的影响、其他对抗格斗类项目的冲击、受众群体较小)的定性分析,构建了SWOT-AHP定量模型。通过对SWOT组中各因素的定量评价,得出我国武术散打应采取外部威胁与自身优势相结合的ST发展战略类型,建议以厚重的传统文化母体为文化之源,提升散打运动的文化内涵;以"远踢、近打、贴身快摔"的技术特色为项目优势进行重点宣传,增强散打运动的竞争力;以武术散打商业赛事为切入点,提高影响力;以散打教育培训为主攻方向,积极应对其他格斗项目挑战,以期为武术散打的可持续发展提供思路和借鉴。Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,based on the qualitative analysis of Wushu Sanda internal strengths（rooted in the fertile soil of Chinese traditional culture,technique covers a wide range,Sanda event promoting steadily,the new competition rules has good guide effect）,interna weakness（brand image needs to be improved,Sanda＇development is not balanced,single existing promotion pattern）,external opportunity（The promotion of national revelant policies,Chinese excellent traditional culture has received unprecedented attention,a new opportunity for promotion of Wushu rank system）,external threats（the influence of western sports culture,other shocks of fighting events-group,smaller audience groups）,the quantitative model of SWOT-AHP is constructed.Through the quantitative analysis of SWOT＇s elements,we should take ＂S-T developmental strategy＂that combining the inherent advantages and external threats,and put forward the following suggestions：with the heavy traditional culture as the source of culture,enhancing the cultural implication of Sanda,take advantage of technical characteristic of kicking far,nearly beating,quick wrestling to focus on propaganda,enhancing the competitive power of Sanda,from the point of Sanda business events,increasing the influence,as the main direction of Sanda education and training,actively respond to the challenges of other fighting events-group,in order to provide ideas and reference for the sustainable development of Wushu Sanda.
