Onyx胶在脑动静脉畸形的介入栓塞治疗中的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：对Onyx胶在脑动静脉畸形的介入栓塞治疗中的技巧、风险预防进行探讨。方法：对我院及协作医院共计29例Onyx胶进行栓塞治疗的脑动静脉畸形患者进行总结分析。结果：29例患者中,100%栓塞7例,70%～99%栓塞17例,70%以下栓塞5例;其中肢体肌力4级1例,肢体肌力3级2例,术后出血3例。结论：Onyx胶在脑动静脉畸形的栓塞治疗中是一种安全有效的治疗材料,也是手术切除前及立体定向放疗前的重要辅助治疗手段。Objective： To discusse the technique and risk prevention of Onyx glue in the interventional embolization of cerebral arteriovenous malformation. Methods： Data of 29 cases of Onyx glue embolization treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformation was analysed. Results： Among the 29 cases,there were 7 cases of 100% embolism,17 cases of 70% ～ 99% embolism,5 cases of less than 70% embolism; there were limb muscle strength grade 4 in 1 case,limb muscle strength level 3 in 2 cases,postoperative bleeding in 3 cases. Conclusion： Onyx glue in embolization in the treatment of brain arteriovenous malformation is a safe and effective treatment material. It is an important auxiliary means of surgical excision and stereotactic radiotherapy before the treatment.
