摘　　要：目的:探讨眼前段光学相干断层扫描技术(anterior segment optical coherence tomography,AS-OCT)在角膜溃疡中的应用。方法:利用AS-OCT对角膜溃疡患者88例88眼进行病变角膜全角膜的横形线性扫描,随访2mo,对初次检查的患者进行采集图文、观察病变组织、进行各个层面的测量,为治疗提供直观图像及数据。结果:AS-OCT提供清晰图像,呈现出全层角膜结构,为临床提供直观的图像数据资料,治疗过程中同部位扫描可显示病变变化。结论:利用AS-OCT能及时发现病情,可以对病程进行动态的监测,为临床提供直观图文资料,为治疗提供依据。AIM ： To discuss the application of anterior segment optic coherence tom ography（ AS-OCT） in the diagnosis of corneal ulcer.METHODS： The cross linear scan was used in 88patients（ 88 eyes） with corneal lesion by AS-OCT to gather the im age data,observe the pathological changed tissue by m easuring all layers for patients with initial inspection,providing im portant visual im ages and data for treatm ents. All the patients were followed up for 2m o.RESULTS： Clear images with structure of all layers were obtained. It can provide the intuitive im age data and scan the sam e position and showthe changes during the treatm ent.CONCLUSION： AS-OCT can discover the important condition im m ediately. It also can m onitor course of disease dynam ically,provide the intuitive im age data for clinical treatm ent.
