摘  要:榨螺是螺旋榨油机的关键零部件,其体积决定了压缩比的大小,根据榨螺相关曲面方程,利用积分的方法推导了圆柱形根圆榨螺体积计算的一般公式,经过验算其计算误差不超过10^(-4)数量级。以Visual Basic为开发工具,对SolidWorks进行二次开发,实现空余体积的自动计算与榨螺的参数化建模,提高了榨螺的设计效率,缩短螺旋榨油机的开发周期。Pressing bolt is the key part of screw press, and its volume decides compression ratio. According to relative surface equations of pressing bolt, the general formula for calculating the volume of cylindrical root circle pressing bolt was derived using integral method, and the error was not more than 10-4 order of magnitude. With Visual Basic and SolidWorks as development tools, the automatic calculation of free volume and the parameterized modeling of pressing bolt were realized. As a result, it could greatly improve the design effiency of pressing bolt and short the development cycle of screw press.
