护理伦理小组对产科护理告知实施结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理伦理小组对产科护理告知实施行为结局的影响。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取2014年8~12月（成立护理伦理小组前）产科住院患者220人为对照组,选取2015年2~6月（成立护理伦理小组后）产科住院患者210人为实验组。比较2组护理服务满意度、感知照护行为、遵医行为。结果实验组患者的护理服务满意度、感知照护行为得分以及遵医行为比例均高于对照组。护理伦理小组成立后,护理人员感知的照护行为高于成立前。结论护理伦理小组的成立,规范、强化、督促了护理告知行为,提高了患者对护理服务的满意度,提高了护理人员及患者对照护行为的感知,同时也改善了患者的遵医行为。Objective To investigate the influence of establishing the nursing ethics group on informing obstetrical nursing items among nurses.Methods Totally 430 patients admitted to the obstetrics department were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group（n=210）and a control group（n=220）according to before and after the establishing of the nursing ehics group.Patients＇ satisfaction to nursing,perceived care behavior and compliance of 2groups were compared.Moreover,the perceived care behavior of nurses was also compared before and after the establishing of the nursing ehics group. Results After the establishment of nursing ethics group,all measurements were significantly higher than those before the establishment.Conclusion The establishment of the nursing ethics group can standardize,strengthen and supervise the informing of nursing items,which promotes patients＇ and their families＇ satisfaction of nursing,their compliance and perceived care behavior of patients and nurses.
