纤维树脂夹板与烤瓷冠桥固定夹板治疗中重度牙周病松动牙的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维树脂夹板与烤瓷冠桥固定夹板治疗中重度牙周病松动牙的疗效差异。方法:选取本院口腔科中重度牙周病松动牙患者30例,随机数字表法分为两组,观察组患者采用纤维树脂夹板治疗;对照组患者采用烤瓷冠桥固定夹板治疗。比较两组患者治疗0、3、6个月菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)、牙周袋探针深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)与牙齿松动度(TM)的差异。结果:治疗0、3个月,两组PLI比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月,观察组PLI明显低于对照组(P<0.05),对照组PLI、BI明显高于治疗0、3个月(P<0.05);治疗3、6个月,观察组PD、CAL值均明显低于对照组与同组治疗0个月(P<0.05)。全部患者牙周固定状态下患牙与牙周固定夹板整体均无松动。结论:纤维树脂夹板与烤瓷冠桥固定夹板均能有效改善中重度牙周病松动牙的牙齿松动度,但纤维树脂夹板对菌斑控制与PD、CAL值的改善程度更佳,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the curative effect difference of fiber resin splint and PFM crown and bridge fixed splint for moderate-severe periodontal disease loose teeth.Method：A total of 30 cases of moderate-severe periodontal disease loose teeth were selected from Stomatological Department of our hospital,all were divided into two group at random,the observation group were given fiber resin splint therapy,the control group were given PFM crown and bridge fixed splint therapy 0,3,6 months plaque index（PLI）,bleeding index（ BI）,probing depth（PD）,clinical attachment loss（CAL） and tooth mobility（TM） were compared between the two groups.Result：Treating for 0,3 months,PLI were similar between the two groups,it had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Treating for 6 months,PLI of the observation group was obviously lower than control group（P〈0.05）.PLI, BI of the control group were significantly higher than treating for 0,3 months（P〈0.05）.Treating for 3,6 months,PD, CAL of the observation group were obviously lower than control group and treating for 0,3 months（P〈0.05）.Single tooth and periodontal splint fixed integral of all patients had no looseness in the state of periodontal fixed.Conclusion：Fiber resin splint and PFM crown and bridge fixed splint can effectively improve moderate-severe periodontal disease loose teeth,but the plaque control and PD,CAL improve is better in the fiber resin splint,it is worth of clinical application.
