碘仿明胶海绵预防下颌水平阻生牙拔除术后并发症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察碘仿明胶海绵预防下颌水平阻生牙拔除术后并发症的情况。方法:选取2006年7月-2015年6月本院收治的拟行下颌水平阻生牙拔除术患者536例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组268例。试验组拔牙后在拔牙创内置入碘仿明胶海绵,对照组拔牙后拔牙创内不放置任何材料。观察两组拔牙术后并发症发生情况。结果:试验组在出血、感染及出现干槽症情况均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碘仿明胶海绵在预防下颌水平阻生牙拔除术后并发症有良好的效果。Objective：To observe the prevention of mandibular level impacted teeth postoperative complications by iodoform gelatin sponge.Method：From July 2006 to June 2015,536 cases of planning mandibular level impacted teeth postoperative in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the test group and the control group,each group had 268 cases.The test group built into iodoform gelatin sponge in the tooth extraction and the control group was not placed any material in the tooth extraction.The incidence of postoperative complications in two groups were observed.Result：The bleeding,infection and the occurrence of dry groove disease in the test group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Iodoform gelatin sponge have advantage of prevention to mandibular level impacted teeth postoperative complications.
