台湾地区实践创新人才培养的考察与思考

摘　　要：通过对台湾地区高校现场考察以及相关资料的研究,讨论了台湾地区高校在实践创新人才培养方面的五大特色:文化传承,科技进步;品格培养,行为规范;校企联合,注重实效;国际教育,洋为中用;实施评鉴,质量监控。在与内地高校实践教学情况比较后,提出了在提高内地高校学生实践创新能力方面可供借鉴的思考。This article introduces the following five main characteristics of cultivating practical and innovative talents of in Taiwan Universities of China：＂cultural heritage,scientific and technological progress;character training,code of conduct;cooperation of college and enterprise,attention to actual effect;international education,adapting foreign things for Chinese;the implementation of the evaluation,going on effective monitoring.＂After comparison with the practical teaching situation in mainland of China,this article puts forward some ideas on improving the practical innovation ability of the college students in the mainland of China.
