摘　　要：以文化为内涵加强实验室建设也是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。文章探讨了实验室文化建设的作用、目标与要求,提出了"四位一体"的建设路径,在此基础上探讨了实验室文化激发学生创新活力与创业热情的重要作用,以期为培养学生创新能力的实验室文化建设提供更多有益参考。To strengthen laboratory construction with cultural connotation is also an important part of campus culture construction, this article discusses the role of laboratory culture construction, objectives and requirements,it puts forward the construction path of the ＂four dimensions and one system,＂ and on this basis discusses important role of the laboratory culture to inspire students＇ vigor of innovation and enthusiasm of entrepreneurship,in order to cultivate students＇ innovative ability of laboratory culture construction to provide more useful references.
