摘　　要：放射性直肠炎是盆腔恶性肿瘤放疗后的并发症之一,大部分的放射性直肠炎不需要手术治疗,但是,当出现直肠梗阻、难以控制的直肠出血、肠瘘时,需要手术治疗。文中就放射性直肠炎的外科治疗进展作一综述。Radiation proctitis is one of the complications after radiotherapy for pelvic malignancies. Surgery is not necessary for the most of radiation proctitis. However,surgery is unavoidable when rectal obstruction,uncontrollable bleeding,and fistula occur.This article reviews the progress in surgical treatment of radiation proctitis.
