摘 要:粘贴纤维或钢板加固具有显著优点,但由于应变滞后等原因,后加的高强材料无法充分发挥作用,材料利用率较低。本文所提出的梁顶提升主动卸载加固法通过改变结构在增设后加材料时的初始力学状态,灵活改变提升点个数、位置和卸载度,提高后加材料与结构的协同工作能力,改善被加固结构在使用阶段的力学性能。探讨了提升点位置、顶升力与结构效应间关系,提出了合理提升点及卸载度确定原则。进一步深入分析了后加材料与结构的粘结应力和剥离力,并与常规方法进行了对比。Although the method of bonded fiber or steel plate strengthened has significant advantages,a variety of reasons such as lagged strain cause the bonded high strength materials not to play efficient roles. Thus,material actual utilization is very low. Based on elevating from the top of beams,initiative unload strengthened method proposed in this paper may improve cooperative work performance between original structure and bonded materials and mechanical property of strengthened structures under service stage through flexibly changing number,location and unload degree of elevating points. The relations between structure effect and lifting location and elevating force are also discussed,and the principles to confirm reasonable elevating location and unload degree are presented. At last,bonded stresses and debonding force between bonded materials and structure are deeply analyzed and compared with conventional methods.
