女性乳腺癌患者直系女性家属抑郁现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解女性乳腺癌患者直系女性家属抑郁水平现状,探讨其影响因素,为今后的防控提供科学的依据。方法采用患者一般资料、家属一般资料、自评抑郁量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS),抽取浙江省肿瘤医院100例女性乳腺癌患者的100名直系女性家属进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析、t检验、χ2检验和Logistic回归分析的方法对收集到的数据进行分析。结果共收集有效问卷100份,女性乳腺癌患者直系女性家属SDS抑郁标准分为44.61±11.29,与国内常模(男女性41.88±10.57或仅女性41.54±10.54)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),家属发生抑郁20名,发生率为20%;单因素分析显示治疗阶段、家庭角色、年龄均为家属抑郁的影响因素(P<0.05);二元Logistic回归分析显示,家属年龄、患者治疗阶段是家属抑郁的危险因素,可以解释抑郁14.7%的方差变异量。结论女性乳腺癌患者直系女性家属抑郁水平处于较高水平,家属年龄、患者治疗阶段是主要影响因素,护理人员或社区保健人员应提高对此类群体的关注。Objective To investigate the depression level of the daughters or sisters of the hospitalized breast cancer pa- tients, and provide the scientific bases for the prevention and cure of depression. Methods We finally investigated 105 female person, who was the daughter or sister of the hospitalized breast cancer patients, with the Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive/chi-square test/Logistic analysis. Results There were 100 effective responses. The main depression scoreof these 100 person was 44.61± 11.29 ,which compared with the domestic norm（41.88 ± 10.57/41.54 ± 10.54 ） had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Twenty cases were with depression, the prevalence rate was 20%. The single-factor logistic regression showed that the patient＇ s treatment stage, age, role;Binary Logistic regression indicated that age, the patient＇ s treatment stage were the risk factors, and the regression equation can explain 14.7% of the variance. Conclusion The depression of the breast cancer patients＇ primary relatives have the poor status. The nurse or the community nursing care workers should pay more attention on the psychological health of such a target group.
