氯吡格雷联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究氯吡格雷联合依达拉奉用于急性脑梗死患者神经功能改善的效果。方法选取2014年7月~2015年9月我院收治的212例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各106例,两组患者均给予降颅压、降脂、纤溶、钙离子拮抗剂等常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组则在常规治疗的基础上给予氯吡格雷联合依达拉奉进行治疗,对比两组患者的疗效,并采用临床神经功能缺损评分对两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损情况进行评价对比。结果观察组总有效率92.45%（98/106）,显著高于对照组的73.58%（78/106）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组患者的NHISS评分对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组患者的评分改善显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氯吡格雷联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效确切,能够显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损情况,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To explore the improving effect of neurological function by clopidogrel combining with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods From July 2014 to September 2015,212 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group by a random number table.Regular treatments including reducing intracranial pressure,lipid-lowering,fibrinolysis,and calciumion antagonist were both provided in the two groups.On the basis of the regular treatment,clopidogrel was added in the control group,while in the observation group,on the basis of the regular treatment,clopidogrel combining with edaravone was adopted.The therapeutic effect was compared and neurologic impairment before and after treatment in the two groups was evaluated and compared by national institute of health stroke scale（NIHSS）. Results In the observation group,the total effective rate was 92.45%（98/106）,significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 73.58%（78/106）,which was displayed a statistical difference（P0.05）.There was no obvious difference in score of NIHSS before treatment in the two groups.After treatment,improvement of score in the observation group was greatly superior to that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Combination of clopidogrel and edaravone can obtain a definite effect on treating acute cerebral infarction and remarkably improve neurologic impairment in patients with acute cerebral infarction,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
