摘　　要：目的观察内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠广基息肉的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月—2015年2月收治的大肠广基息肉患者86例,随机分成对照组和试验组,每组43例。对照组采用内镜下氩气刀凝固治疗,实验组行内镜下黏膜切除术,观察两组疗效。结果实验组在疗效、手术安全性、复发率方面与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论内镜下黏膜切除术治疗大肠广基息肉疗效好,安全,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of endoscopic mucosal resection in treating sessile colorectal polyps. Methods Eighty-six patients with sessile colorectal polyps treated in our hospital between January 2014 and February 2015 were selected and divided into control group and experiment group, with 43 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated by endoscopic argon plasma coagulation, and those in experiment group were managed with endoscopic mucosal resection. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in clinical effects, safety of surgical procedure and recurrence rates between experiment group and control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection in treating sessile colorectal polyps is safe and effective, and is worthy of application.
