摘　　要：[目的]评价"两为"应用型公共卫生人才培养模式的实际应用效果。[方法]调查实验组和对照组毕业生对学校培养满意度、学生就业状况、用人单位对毕业生的综合评价。[结果]实验组学生协议就业率、就业服务满意率、基层单位就业率以及基层单位就业取向同意率均明显高于对照组;用人单位对实验组学生工作能力、团队协作和专业技能的满意度级别更高。[结论]利用"两为"应用型公共卫生人才培养模式培养的学生其工作能力、专业技能能够适应基层和农村工作。Objectives The aim of this study is to evaluate application of applied public health personnel trainmg model tor grassroots and coun- tryside. Methods We investigated student employment, satisfaction and emp[oyer assessment between experiment group and control group. Re- sults Compared with control group, the rate of student employment, satisfaction and employer assessment of experiment group was higher. The satisfaction of employer to working ability, teamwork and professional skill of experiment group was higher than control group. Conclusions The working ability and professional skill can fit the requirement of grassroots and countryside through applied public health personnel training model.
