摘　　要：目的系统评价舒肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效和安全性。方法通过检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库等,收集2000年1月—2015年10月关于舒肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的随机对照试验(RCT),并提取临床疗效结果资料进行方法学质量评价,采用RevMan 5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10个随机对照试验共933例患者,其中观察组468例,对照组465例。Meta分析结果显示舒肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利改善功能性消化不良患者临床症状效果优于对照组[OR=1.30,95%CI(1.22,1.39)],且无严重的不良反应。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合莫沙必利可明显改善功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,且安全。但由于本系统评价纳入研究较少,样本量小,尚需要高质量、大样本、多中心的随机对照试验加以证实。Objective It is to systemically evaluate the efficacy and safety of the influence of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with mosapride citrate on functional dyspepsia. Methods By searching in the CBM,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,clinical randomized controlled trials（ RCT） of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with mosapride citrate in the treatment of functional dyspepsia published from Jan,2000 to Oct,2015 were collected while Revman5. 1 software was applied to perform the Meta-analysis.Results Totally 10 articles were acquired with 933 cases involved,including 468 cases in the treatment group,465 cases in the control group. The Meta-analysis results indicated that Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with mosapride citrate could relieve the clinical symptoms in the treatment of functional dyspepsia be better than that of the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups[OR = 1. 30,95% CI（ 1. 22,1. 39） ],no serious side effect was found. Conclusion It is showed that Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with mosapride citrate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with a good safety. Due to the limitation of the included studies,such as small sample size,low quality of articles and high probability of bias,hence more large-sample,high-quality RCTs are required to confirm the above conclusions.
