摘　　要：近年我国高校社团开展得如火如荼,因此在管理时也会出现很多困境。本文笔者具体总结了历年高校社团活动管理中主要产生的问题,并且对其仔细分析,希望能够引起高校社团管理人员的广泛重视,加强社团管理的质量,使大家齐心协力为社团今后的管理工作做出更大的贡献,真正发挥学生社团在高校发展中的重大作用。In recent years,our country college society to develop in full swing,so also can appear a lot of difficulties inmanagement. In this paper,the author specifically summarizes the main problems in the management of activities throughoutthe years,and careful analysis to its,hope to be able to cause extensive attention of the university community management,strengthen the quality of corporate management,which made us work together to society for the future of the managementto make greater contribution to really play a big role in the development of student associations in colleges and universities.
