基于“工程教育专业认证”的工程训练教学模式的研究与实践

摘　　要：本文针对目前工程教育培养目标与教学方式的不足,提出一种基于卓越工程计划的"综合实训项目化教学"体系,在工程训练中心开展基于工程教育专业认证的综合实训教学模式的研究与实践,建立了校企合作式"卓越计划—综合实训"教学模式。教学实践结果证明,该教学模式可以较好地帮助学生将理论知识与实践相结合,提高学生的创新能力和解决工程实际问题的能力,促进学生更有效地掌握企业所需的技能。Aim at defects of engineering education’s training objective and teaching method,this paper putforward a set of“comprehensive training project teaching system”based on the engineering training center,andcarries out research and practice about“excellent engineer plan”comprehensive training teaching mode. Theengineering training center adopts school-enterprise cooperation,and has built up“excellent plan-comprehensivetraining”teaching method.The teaching results shown that the“excellent plan-comprehensive training”systemcan help graduates to combine theories and projects preferably,can improve the graduates’innovation abilityand the ability of solving engineering problems,can promote graduates’more effective master requiredskills for enterprises.
