新疆双语地区物理专业支教岗前培训存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：针对目前新疆双语地区教育环境、南北疆教育资源等具体情况,就物理教育专业支教前岗前培训存在的问题进行分析,提出更加合理、有效、适应性强的实习支教岗前培训优化策略,既能够有效提高大学生教学技能和教师素养,又能够让大学生适应南北疆少数民族地区双语教学环境,完成学习、支教等方面的教育教学工作,为满足新疆双语地区物理教育的实际需要奠定了初步的研究基础。Aiming at the southern and Northern Xinjiang bilingual education environment,education resourcesin specific circumstances,how to optimize the existing policy system,to develop a more reasonable,effective,strongadaptability of the practice teaching system of pre service training,it can effectively improve the students’teachingskills and teaching Shi Suyang,can make the students adapt to bilingual teaching environment in southern andnorthern minority nationalities area to complete learning,teaching and other aspects of physical education in order tomeet the practical needs of the physical education in bilingual areas in Xinjiang.
