“90后”大学生饮食行为、营养与健康的研究分析

摘　　要：为了更好地了解“90后”大学生的饮食行为、营养与健康状况，指导他们合理膳食，笔者采用问卷调查法、访谈法、数据统计法等方式，以陕西几所职业技术学院的600名在校大学生为调查对象，对不同年级、不同生源（城市、乡镇）、不同性别（男、女）大学生的饮食行为、营养与健康状况、营养知识及态度等内容进行了抽样调查。In order to better understand the post - 90s College Studedents＇ dietary behaviors, status of nutrition and health with guiding their reasonable dietary, taking 600 students in Shaanxi higher vocational colleges as re- search object,sampling survey are conducted in different grades and different cities and towns and different gender on those dietary behaviors, status of nutrition and health, nutrition knowledge and attitude by questionnaire survey method, interview method and data statistics.
