摘　　要：低压铸造成型技术是现代大型薄壁复杂构件整体精密制造的重要研究方向之一。介绍了低压铸造技术的发展历程,概述了目前低压铸造技术的研究进展,重点对低压铸造充型过程和铸件合金材料的研究现状进行了综述和分析,探讨了充型过程和铸件合金材料研究中存在的问题,并提出了今后需要重点研究的方向。Low-pressure casting is one of the important research directions in integral precision manufacturing of modern huge thin-waU complex structural components. Development history and present research progress of the low-pressure casting technology are described in this paper, with focus on summarizing and analyzing the filling process and casting alloy materials. After that the problems existing in the research of filling process and casting alloy material are discussed, and finally the key research direction of this technology in the future is put forward.
