摘 要:针对铝板冲压成形的质量问题,提出了一种变间隙压边的成形工艺优化方法。以某铝制车身内板件为例,将压边圈分块,以各压边块和凹模之间的间隙值为自变量,最小减薄率和最大增厚率为目标函数建立数学模型。首先应用拉丁超立方试验设计方法安排仿真并构造二次多项式响应面近似模型,然后基于Pareto解集的多目标粒子群优化算法得到一组非劣解集,最后从非劣解集中选取一组最优粒子。结果表明,该方法能明显改善铝板冲压的成形质量。Aiming at the forming quality problem of aluminum alloy sheet stamping forming, a process optimization method of variable gap blankholder was proposed. Taking an aluminum inner panel of car body as an example, separating the blank holder into blocks, taking gap value between each the blankholder block and the die as independent variable functions, minimum thinning rate and maximum thickening rate as target functions, the mathematical model was built. First, the simulation was arranged by using the Latin hypercube experimental design method, and two order polynomial response surface approximation model was established. Then, a set of non-inferior solution set was gotten based on the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm of the Pareto optimal solution set. Finally, a group of optimal particles was selected from the non-inferior solution set. The results show that the method can obviously improve the forming quality of aluminum alloy sheet stamping.
