摘 要:针对大厚差的复杂薄壁零件,通常采用铸造成形或焊接成形的成形方法,不仅材料的利用率低,而且产品的质量不高。为了解决这个问题,提出了一种冲压结合锻造的复合成形工艺,它属于一体成形工艺,使成形产品达到轻量化、整体化和性能优化的要求。同时,通过软件Dynaform对成形工艺进行了模拟,获得了复合成形工艺的成形规律。通过大量工艺试验的对比,验证了该复合成形工艺的实用性。Aiming at the complex thin-walled parts with large thickness difference, casting or welding forming method is usually adopted. Not only is the material utilization rate low, but the quality of forming products is not high as well. In order to solve the problem, a composite forming process for stamping with forging was proposed, which belonged to an integral forming process, and made the forming products achieve the requirement of a lightweight, integrated and optimizing performance. At the same time, the forming process was simulated by Dynaform software. The forming law of compound forming process was obtained. Through the comparison of a large number of experiments, the practicability of the composite forming process was verified.
