摘  要:汽车车门内板是使用激光拼焊板的典型深拉延零件。国内某SUV的车门内板使用超低碳材料DC56D+Z的激光拼焊板在冲压过程中出现连续批量开裂的问题。通过分析激光拼焊板的表面粗糙度、力学性能、焊接强度以及零件的成形工艺确定了开裂的原因,并提出有效的整改措施,零件的开裂比例在0.3%以内。通过网格分析检测确认此次改善效果完全满足现有生产要求。The door inner panels for automobile are typically deep drawing parts using tailored welded blanks. Continuous batch cracking problems of laser tailor welded blanks of ultra low carbon materials DC56D+Z were produced in stamping of the inner door panel for a SUV. Through analyzing the surface roughness, mechanical properties, welding strength and forming technology, the cracking causes were ascertained, and effective corrective measures were presented. The cracking ratio of parts is less than 0.3%. It is confirmed that this improved effect meets fully the requirements of existing production by the grid analysis and detection.
