青少年反思功能问卷中文版在大学生群体中的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的检验青少年反思功能问卷(RFQY)中文版在大学生人群中的信效度。方法选取沈阳市高校本科生903例和广州市高校本科生742例作为大学生样本。选取于中国医科大学附属盛京医院心理门诊就诊的具有边缘型人格特质的患者70例作为临床样本。对所有样本均采用RFQY中文版、基本共情量表(BES)和情绪智力量表(EIS)进行调查。2周后,从大学生样本中随机选择73例进行重测。使用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 RFQY中文版总样本、沈阳大学生样本及广州大学生样本的内部一致性信度分别为0.747、0.741和0.757,重测信度为0.691(P<0.001)。RFQY得分男女生之间、大学生样本和临床样本之间存在统计学差异(分别为9.00±0.55 vs 9.13±0.53,P<0.001;9.06±0.55 vs 8.65±0.69,P<0.001)。结论 RFQY中文版在大学生人群中具有良好的信度和效度,是一种可靠并有效的测量心智化水平的工具。Objective To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of reflective function questionnaire for youth（RFQY）in Chinese college students. Methods Totally 903 college students in two universities in Shenyang and 742 college students in one university in Guangzhou were enrolled in the study. Besides,70 patients with borderline personality trait who visited Department of Psychiatry in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were selected as clinical population. All of the subjects were required to fill in the Chinese Version of the RFQY,BES and EIS. Two weeks later,73 college students were randomly selected and filled in the questionnaires again. All data were analyzed with SPSSl 7.0 software. Results The internal consistencies of the Chinese Version of RFQY were 0.747 for total subjects,0.741 for Shenyang college students,and 0.757 for Guangzhou college students,respectively. The test-retest reliability was 0.691（P〈0.001）. The RFQY scores of male students were significantly lower than those of female（9.00±0.55 vs 9.13±0.53,P〈0.001）. The RFQY scores of college students were significantly higher than those of clinical population（9.06±0.55 vs 8.65±0.69,P〈0.001）. Conclusion The Chinese version of RFQY shows a good reliability and validity in college students,and is reliable and valid as an instrument to measure mentalization.
