摘　　要：分析了高校开展产学研协同创新平台建设的重大意义,认清了高校在产学研协同创新平台建设中的地位,指出了高校在产学研协同创新平台建设中存在的有关问题和不足之处.提出了高校开展产学研协同创新平台建设中发挥重要作用的方法和措施:加强政府引导,搞好资源整合;加大产业技术科研创新投入,加强创新平台建设;深化高校体制改革,创新人才的培养和评价模式;加大应用基础的研究;与大的集团公司、大企业以及国家战略支持的重点产业开展产学研联合;创新产学研合作合作平台的模式;实施高校科研成果进厂、到村、出国战略.analyze the significance of construction the development collaborative innovation platform of IUR（ industry- university- research）. Recognize the status of universities and colleges in the construction innovation platform of IUR. Point out the related problems and deficiencies of universities and colleges in collaborating innovation platform of IUR. The important role and method of the construction innovation platform of IUR are brought up which universities and colleges plays in. strengthen government guidance,prompt the capacity of resource integration. Increase the investment of industrial technology innovation. Strengthen the platform construction of new technology. Push forward and deepen the reform of university system. Innovate the cultivation and evaluation model of talents. Increase oriented applied background research. Cooperate with large group of companies,Conglomerates and National key Leading Enterprise together researching ＂IUR＂. Innovate the cooperation model of＂IUR＂. Make effort to implement the strategy that scientific research of universities and colleges work in factory. In the country and out abroad.
