摘  要:350 km/h高速铁路隧道无砟道床对基础的工后沉降要求高,隧道通过溶岩地区岩溶充填溶洞、巨型空腔和暗河时控制基础沉降将成为关键因素。文章结合朱砂堡二号隧道特巨型岩溶空腔及暗河的处理,对比分析了基础梁跨、弃渣回填和大体积空心混凝土回填等方案,得出大体积空心混凝土回填在处理隧道基底大型空洞上具有便捷、安全、经济、沉降易控制、施工难度低等特点。给出了巨型岩溶空腔洞壁工程处理措施建议、大体积混凝土施工工法、岩溶暗河水的处理方案等,对类似工程的设计及施工具有良好的借鉴意义。文章创造性地提出了在大体积混凝土中竖向设置孔洞并间隔设置横向联系层的结构,充分利用混凝土抗压性能,最大限度的节约混凝土用量,又较好的解决大体积混凝土结构的水化热问题。Ballastless track of 350 km / h high speed railway tunnel has strict requirement on the post-construction settlement of the foundation. When the tunnel is through karst cave,karst filling giant cavity and underground river,control of fundamental settlement will become a key factor. Considering the Zhushabao No. 2 tunnel super giant karst cavity and underground river,this article analyzes the schemes such as foundation girder span,spoil backfill and the large volume hollow concrete backfill. The conclusion is that the large volume hollow concrete backfill is convenient,safe,economical,easy to control and build and so on. It discusses on the huge karst cavity wall engineering treatment measures,large volume concrete construction method,karst underground river water solutions,provides engineering design and construction with a good reference. In addition,It creatively puts forward setting the holes in vertical arrangementand structure of the transverse contact layers in the mass concrete,which is a kind of full use of concrete compressive strength,and the maximum limit of the amount of concrete,can be used to solve the problem of hydration heat of mass concrete structure.
