摘　　要：原发肺癌(multiple primary lung cancer,MPLC)的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,但关于MPLC的发病机制、诊断、鉴别诊断和临床处理策略仍存在诸多争议。本综述将对目前关于MPLC的发病机制、诊断标准、鉴别诊断和处理策略方面的研究进展做一个回顾,旨在为该病的诊疗提供理论基础。Although the morbidity of multiple primary lung cancer （MPLC） has been increasing year by year, it is still controversial about pathogenesis, differential diagnosis and management strategies of MPLC. This review provides a snapshot of the main progress ofpathogenesis, differential diagnosis and management strategies of MPLC.
