摘　　要：简述了MOOC的结构、优点以及存在的问题。学科馆员以高校教师作为研究对象,指导他们进行MOOC"淘课"和课程学习,旨在提高高校教师的专业水平与教学水平。同时再把MOOC嵌入到传统教学工作中,形成"MOOC模式+课堂研讨"的混合式教学模式,是未来高等教育的发展方向。提高了大学生的学习兴趣和课堂活跃度。This article introduces the structure, advantage and the problems of MOOC. The library specialist hell3 teachers choose and study MOOC courses to help them build professional knowledge and teaching skills. MOOCs are embedded in tile classrooms to form a hybrid model of MOOC plus classroom discussion which might be part of the trend for higher education. The new model fosters students＇ interests to learn and student involvement in the classroom.
